Please fnd outlined below the standard processes that we apply to business placed in our care. If you have any questions, or would like to speak with a consultant regarding the implementation of a more personalised service for your recruitment needs, please feel free to contact us at any time. 1. Once we receive a new vacancy or assignment from you, a consultant will call to ensure we have all relevant details. If we have not done so already, we endeavour to organise a meeting with yourselves, when convenient. 2. All vacancies are advertised on our website, relevant job boards and at our offices. Having an in-house database in place, we also have the facility to automatically inform candidates of potentially suitable roles. If required, we will also advertise using newspapers and magazines. 3. Based upon the job and person specification we receive, a shortlist of candidate details will be collated, formatted in an easy to read layout, and forwarded to you within an agreed timeframe. We always appreciate the need for discretion and will send information by any means you may wish. 4. We will contact you after sending details to ensure you have received them and discuss any queries you may have. If you would like to interview candidates, confirmation will be sent to both yourselves and candidates outlining all required information. 5. Once we are instructed to formally offer a person a vacancy or assignment, all details will be confirmed in writing. 6. We offer an in-depth and structured after-care service, to ensure continuity and long-term success. |
